If you are the licensee of the event, check to make sure that you are logged into the TED.com profile affiliated with the event (if you have multiple TED.com profiles, or are using a shared computer, you may need to clear your cache or use a different browser to ensure you’re full logged into your correct profile).
If you are logged into your TED.com profile and you can see your approved event listed on your license management page but still cannot access your event manager, please contact us here.
If you are a team member and would like access to the event manager please reach out to the licensee of the event and have them add you in the ‘Manage your team’ section of the event page in a role that includes edit access. To be added to the event page you will need a TED.com profile with a profile photo and the privacy settings must allow the profile to be visible to “everyone who visits TED.” If you are missing a profile photo or if your visibility is saved as anything else then the system will not be able to locate your profile. If you recently created your profile or updated these settings, please allow one hour for the changes to take effect.
