If you know you have an upcoming change to the expiration date or postal code on the credit card linked to your TED Membership, or if you receive a notification that your payment failed from Stripe (our payment processor), you can update your payment method with the following steps:
- log in to TED.com with your Membership-linked account
- open the Membership Dashboard (www.ted.com/dashboard/membership)
- click Settings in the left-hand menu
- click Edit next to your current payment method
- click Add new payment
- enter your new credit card details in the fields
- when you're done, click Add payment to save the changes
