You will not be able to upload your videos with the TED Media Uploader tool until your event’s date, duration, and venue location is listed on your event page (once the event has completed). This includes start/end time, state/province and all venue details. Once these details are filled in you will be able to access the Uploader.
For guest access, an organizer can add a guest to their event in the Media Uploader by going to the guest tab, entering the email address of the person, and selecting their event. Upon submitting the form, the guest will receive instructions. Guest accounts only last 30 days. For anything longer, the primary licensed organizer will have to invite the team member again.
For long-term access to the Uploader, the organizer can also add team members to their event via the event manager. All they need is a public TED.com profile with a profile picture to be added. Then they will be able to edit basic event information and have access to the Media Uploader.
